At your class last night I asked your opinion of Simon Wikler's books:
Take Off Your Shoes and Walk : Steps to Better Foot Health http://www.amazon.com/Take-Off-Your-Shoes-Walk/dp/B0007EFICY/
Walk, don't run http://www.amazon.com/Walk-dont-run-Simon-Wikler/dp/0893170305
These books can be hard to find. I believe the Lane Medical Library at Stanford has a copy of the first (which is the more detailed and more commonly mentioned). If you are interested, you are welcome to borrow my copies.
There are a number of web sites devoted to going barefoot that mention these books. My particular interest is that they contain self tests designed to assess foot status (but I don't know how valid the conclusions are).
Thank you for any thoughts you can offer.
